Persephone Hadley on Facebook
Sephy is beautiful, her profile picture is very professional and makes her look more grown up than she really is. It was taken by a professional photographer and she had professional make up and hair artists to get her ready for the photo shoot. Of course it was all her Mothers doing, Sephy couldn't care less if it was taken by a person with a title or by herself, but of course she has to look good for the public because she is a respectable person, mainly because of her Fathers title but also because she is above half of the population (being a Cross and what-not).
Her Facebook page shows Lowestoft Beach which is her favourite place to go. She loves to watch the sun set with Callum her best and only true friend.
This is Callums Facebook page. This screen shot shows Sephy
talking to Callum (In their conversation the reader can see a snippet of
their humorous friendship), it also shows Sephy having a conversation
with a girl that is clearly not worth talking to (The audience can see Sephys feistiness and her
loyalty to Callum. You may also realise that the girl used lower-case to write the word 'blanker' only, which gives a huge indication to the insignificance of the word).
Callums profile picture is in black and white because he can't afford a coloured camera and he has taken it against the cleanest wall in his house (which also happens to be the only one without the paint peeling off of it).
Curry goat is a
dish that Sephy would often have when Meggie cooked years ago for the family,
it was also served to her when she visited Callum secretly (It soon became a
favourite). However Jasmine (Sephys Mother) would often complain, saying it was
'common food' and not to be served ever again. Although of course Sephy was very persuasive and still manages to have it to this very day (she now lives with Ryan, Callums brother and Callie Rose in a small house in the country, Ryan looks after them both, almost as a form of duty in remembrance of his brother).
A picture that
was taken years ago (when Sephy could actually tolerate her Mother). It shows her
and Jasmine shopping on the high street, something that the two of them used to
enjoy.
Sephys Father, Kamal Hadley; reporting the riots and 'The Liberation Militia'.
This screen shot shows Sephys thoughts on the matter. She clearly is not in favour of the protests and is discussed with how society is acting.
Callum posted an image of Lynette (his deceased sisters) grave. It looks a bit shabby and only has a few flowers on it (3 of which were brought by Sephy), this shows how poor the family is.
Sephys comment shows her sincere side and is also quite touching.
On Callums page he has a beautiful white woman who is a freedom fighter (just like Martin Luther King, the only difference is that in this case the person is white not back).
This
screen shot shows a post from 'Crossmass' (The fact that Christmas has been
changed to Crossmas in the script shows the importance and possibly even the
closeness that Crosses have to God and religion). Sephy is also on a messenger chat
with Callum, they are both reminiscing over their parents friendship that they
both once maintained.
This post shows Sephy's Birthday cake. In the comments below the image the audience can see Callums comment which is quite powerful because it highlights the fact that Callum knows Sephy better than her own Mother does(it just goes to show her relationship with Callum and her Mother).

Sephy originates from Saint Vincent which is a volcanic island in the Caribbean .
It is the largest island of the country Saint Vincent and the Grenadines .
It is located in the Caribbean Sea, between Saint
Lucia and Grenada .
All of
her descendants come from St Vincent, in fact they were first thought
to be Indian so they were named 'West Indians', hence Sephy being 100% West
Indian (The family had to move to England when Jasmine was pregnant so that
Kamal could run for Prime Minister).
Sephys Great
great great grandmother was given this locket by her husband on their silver anniversary,
it has been handed down to every female in the family, Sephy now
owns it (Which Minerva is not very happy about because rightfully it should be
hers but her Mother was a little bit tipsy when the decision was made and
didn't want to look stupid taking it back or explaining the miss-haps).
This image hangs on the wall in Jasmines room. It is of Rose Burrymond, Sephys Great great great Grandmother.
Sephy in Scene 12 Act 2
Sephy's bedroom: A
beautiful room with a 20 ft ceiling that is supported by glistening white
walls decorated with golden borders along with matching skirting boards.
In the centre of the room there is a circular bed. There is also a cream bed
throw that is in the process of being engulfed by numerous amounts
of turquoise pillows. The bed posts are about 6 ft long and there are pieces of turquoise coloured silk draping
down, along with a crystal chandelier, and a 42" mirror at the
foot of the bed.
There is also a bed
side table that has a picture of her 'family' in a frame (I use the term 'family' loosely,
in this case it means ‘pretend to play happy families in case
you ever have a friend over’), in the third draw down, there is another
photograph along with a scrawny knitted teddy and drawing, all given to her by
Callum. The photo is of her and Callum, taken on her 5th birthday, the teddy
was given to her by Callum but had been knitted by his mother and the
drawing was Callums masterpiece that he made for Sephy. They are the only
things in the whole house that actually remind her of
'home', 'family', 'friends' and ultimately 'anything
good'.
She lives in one of the
biggest and best houses in the area however her home doesn't really feel very
big or homely, instead it feels spacious, empty, cold and very dark. In fact
Callum's house feels more homely to her even though the paint is peeling off of
the walls and the sofa is one of Sephys old mattress given to them by
Sephys Mum (when their parents were friends).
Next to Sephys bed
there is a triple glazed window which reveals a marvellous view. Sephy would
often read in front of the window so that she could get a clear view of the
rose garden; which contained so many delicate roses of ever colour. In the
summer they would releases sweet odours that would drift in through the open
window and linger in her room for hours. From here you could even see the
broken birds’ house in the corner that Callum and her made many years ago.
